First time reaching the top, not sure why I was bouncing so much💀🤣
The upright sailboat to figure head has been such a hard transition for me. Hopefully I’ll progress the more I practice.
A little wonky but I’m so happy with my progress😇 and it’s the first time I was able to really turn my body towards the pole for the crucifix
Worked on further extending and holding my outside leg hang for longer (first picture), as well as my banana split (second picture)
