Another results update
My lips got slightly bigger and a lil puffy, my face looks shorter and more balanced, my eyes are looking so much more feminine, these are all things that i really wanted. i got called beautiful by kids, stared at by guys, complimented by girls, im loving how i look in the mirror even though im not done yet!!
Im starting to find an approach to subliminals that works for me. I now listen intuitively, with a focus on quality over quantity. I find that listening to a playlist once and being consciously open to accept changes is more helpful than looping subs over and over (which i did out of desperation). I also like to affirm 'Im so beautiful, i am magnetic, i attract everything i want with the power of the universe' etc. until i start believing it
Honestly mental changes are coming faster than physical ones. My self concept has shifted to become much more confident, bold, less apologetic in being myself, ive become more open and generous and my life is really looking up now! I am so glad i found manifestation and thank you to this community for motivating me :)
