Hello to all of you! I’ve been working at lush since October, first as a seasonal sales ambassador and now as a part time sales ambassador and have just been asked about becoming a full time floor leader. I understand this as being an extremely rare occurrence. My manager does not really want to hire externally and it’s between me and another girl who.. wouldn’t make a good floor leader. (Not saying I would make a perfect floor leader, this is why I’m trying to inform myself here!) I know how a floor leader can make or break your shift, and I want to be the best I can be for my team. Do you guys have any tips or information that would be of useful for me to know?
