Trying to best protect my family

I am searching for advice on how best to respond to a situation. I am 30(f) and when I was a child on many occasions my father's preferred punishment was to spank my sisters and i bare bottom with a belt to the point of bleeding or being unable to sit. Currently I have my own kids. My father is going through a divorce with my step mom, who I have a relationship with. They had a child together. I have been in their 14(f) life since she was born. Even given the abuse I felt this need to keep an eye on her over the years. So I kept distant contact with my abuser until my step mom left him. Since then almost a year now I have had no contact with my father. With SM going through the divorce process with F, he has attempted to have my husband and child evicted on grounds we could "live with him". Now he is asking her lawyer for private conversations between SM and I and my husband and SM, which include images and messages about my child. I forgot to mention SM is my landlord. The house we are in was hers before she married F. I want to obtain a restraining order. Currently we reside in location: Nebraska. I have been in therapy for childhood trauma and abuse for a decade now. I have PTSD from the childhood trauma. Im asking for advice if I have grounds for a restraining order. Or if I should pursue criminal charges. The child hood abuse took place and Utah around 2005. My biggest fear now is to protect my child from this monster. Also I am 20 weeks pregnant with my second. I am genuinely afraid. I apologize for this being all over the place im just trying to give as much information to see if anyone can help. Thank you for reading.
