13 month old, night wakings and early morning—need help!

In desperate need of help for my 13 month old. We sleep trained around 5 months using Ferber and things went great. In the past few months after a bad case of hand, foot, and mouth plus other back to back sickness and teething, we have lost a lot of our consistency.

Right now our schedule looks like this:
5/5:30 wake-up (sometimes as early as 4:30, very rarely does he sleep past 6)
12-2:30/3 nap
6:45/7 bedtime

I know the first wake window is likely too long but he’s at daycare three days a week so I don’t have much control over that. On days that he’s with us/grandparents the nap is sometimes earlier (around 11) but doesn’t usually impact nighttime sleep. I also struggle with timing around lunch with an earlier nap.

At this point, he needs to be rocked until he’s nearly asleep at bedtime. Same thing with night time wake ups. The past two weeks he’s woken up between 11-1 and it can take close to two hours to get him back down. Not sure if any of this is effecting the early mornings or if that’s just how he is. My biggest concern is that he’s not falling asleep independently. I am wanting to sleep train again but I’m worried that it’ll be miserable for all involved and he’ll be screaming, standing at his crib for hours. We also need to transition off bottles soon so I’m wondering if we give up bottles and sleep train at once because it’ll already be a change in bedtime routine. Or am I crazy and will this be too much change all at once?

I guess I’m just really at a loss and need help. Do we sleep train again? Does anyone have experience re training around this age? Is there any other part of our schedule that needs adjusting?
