Hey all! I was wondering if the plastic lug nuts are simply cosmetic and only for the hubcaps/valve stem as I had spark in the shop for tire rotation but the valve stem was covered by the hubcaps. I took the plastic ones off and I read those ones are purely cosmetic and aren’t the real metal ones, is that actually true?

Hello everyone a couple few days ago I put my Sparky in the shop to get a tire rotation and a simple alignment. However, the guy calls me back the next day and says he found that my engine mounts were completely fucked and he quoted me for about $2000 total to fix my engine mount and some oil leak he’s seen. I was wondering if anybody thinks it’d be worth it to pay the two grand on it or should I just start looking for a new car?
