First few mods on my spark any recommendations for lip splitters?

Traded in my little sparky today, I'm very sad to see it go. I bought it new in 2019 and we've been through a lot together.

Life has changed a lot since 2019 and I really need a truck, plus I really wanted something with a manual transmission. This 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport 6MT was too good of a deal to pass up, and it all fell together perfectly.

It's bittersweet for sure, but I'm confident she'll be off to a good home.

At a stop light and they were going around 20-29mph. On the other car the windshield cracked and the airbag deployed. Not much damage to mines, i’m surprised, half of the bumper didn’t fall off.

Hi guys, a very upset Spark owner here. I apologize for the long post. There's a TL;DR at the bottom if needed.

I literally made my last car payment on her (mine is named Sparky) 10 days ago, and then 6 days later my mom got into a wreck. She's fine and a claim has been filed with my insurance, but everything has been moving very slowly because it wasn't filed until Friday afternoon. They won't even be picking up the car until tomorrow, since Progressive employees seem to get off at like 4 or 5 PM.

A truck (she calls it an 18 wheeler) hit the driver’s side doors and apparently drug it for some amount of time, so the damage is not pretty. Most likely, both doors will need to be replaced. The back door is actually torn open/punctured. It looks like there’s some damage near the mirror as well, although I didn’t notice this when I inspected the car. I’ve seen a totaled Spark before and the driver came out without a scratch, so I considered it to be pretty safe, despite its small size.

According to the internet, Sparks are totaled pretty easily. I don’t know anything about cars, but I’ve been using google’s AI to get some answers. For example, I learned that it’s probably valued between $6000-$7000. (It’s the top of the line 2LT version with a sunroof.) I'm thinking that both doors will have to be replaced. Google estimates this could cost between $2000-$3000, depending on if the front door can be saved.

I‘m just wondering if anybody has ever dealt with a similar level of damage and if so, how did everything turn out? Obviously, none of you can tell me for sure, but what are the chances she’s totaled? Even if she is, I’d want to keep her. And what kind of timeframe am I looking at? Progressive only pays $40/day for a rental car.

I’m legally disabled so paying for the car has not been easy, and getting a new one isn't an option unless a miracle occurs. (My disability tanked my credit and I no longer have the income I had when I bought the car.) I originally bought it during my senior year of college (2019-2020), intending on using it throughout medical school. However, I was hospitalized during the pandemic and nearly died from pneumonia, ARDS, and sepsis. I haven’t been the same since.

I LOVE my Spark and I'm planning on keeping her as long as I can. This is literally my dream car. It's the ONLY car I wanted. I fell in love with the pre-2016 design and eventually came around on the 2016 design. Her 7th birthday is on July 15th. 🥳🚙

My Spark is pretty sturdy. She’s carried a lot of heavy stuff and gone to several states these past 7 years, as she’s been the main car. (My mother doesn’t have one.) For the record, I’m autistic and I get very attached to things. My Spark is basically a family member — honestly, we talk about her as if she’s a person with a personality, and I'm not ready to lose her yet. 🙏🏽😔

TL;DR: My beloved Spark was hit (🤕) by a commercial-type truck last week while my mother was driving her, damaging both doors on the driver's side. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the metal in the back door is actually torn open (or punctured). Both doors will probably need to be replaced, and google's repair estimate is between $2000-$3000. So, I'm wondering if anyone has dealt with similar damage and if so, can you tell me what to expect?

This is my buddy's 2020 spark. The noise in the vid goes away when we push the clutch pedal in. It's not the evap purge solenoid. Anyone else experience this or know what it is? Just curious. I don't think it's catastrophic. Thanks!

2014 spark. Anyone had door panel off? Wondering if I can fit a 4x6 speaker here on the door without building it out. Too hot to take it apart to explore. Wondered if anyone else has.
