Wounded odessa barb

I think he got hung up on some of the stone in the tank. I added stress zyme but i think that just helps the slime coat? I googled but would like some experienced information. Should i add anything else?

As title says. Its cloudy cause i just planted the adopted hornwort i recived with some amano shrimp i bought. Hornwort, (i think) was just free floating for around 4 to 6 months, it was blocking light and some of it turning brown so i planted it.
