I sold a shirt about a month ago for $10 + shipping. I got a return for it this week and the buyer sent back a hat which is actually a little nicer. The hat is the same theme as the shirt and I probably could get a few dollars more out of it. Do I just close the return give him his $10 or go through a whole thing to try and get the correct item back? I would just assume give him his $10 and be done with it. I don't think relisting the shirt is worth anyways even if he did ship it back being it sat in my store for over a year and I personally wouldn't list a shirt with that brand anymore knowing it's not really worth it.
