So for the past 6 years I’ve been getting 2 types of dizziness one that’s constantly happening and the other happens once in a while so the first one its just iam always kinda of feeling like swaying or that iam about to pass out but i never do , i do a wired thing which is tighting my knees together for a secomd and sometimes i have to hold something until it calm down and the other type of dizziness is when i wake up and open my eyes iam dizzy or vertigo whenever i roll on the bed every thing is spinning but this happen every once in a while but the first one happen every day it’s imbalance or just feeling like i’m gonna fall some times it’s like i want to sleep so so much but iam dizzy i do have alot of pain in my neck ir mainly upper traps and ringing ears and my vision is 0.25 on both eyes and have alot of issue with my nose alot of stuff going on my throat
