Hey all & just had roof done and noticed they put the drip edge behind the gutter spike. Doesn't look right to me but hoping for a more-experienced opinion. Thoughts?

Need to get to this top corner to paint. It's about 8ft drop and all rocks. Any safe way other than renting articulating lift?
