Hi all I wanted to know if this is Hyperpigmentation or Eretyhyma and what actives can I use to remove this? I popped a spot and now am regretting it severely

Hi all I'm really concerned about my skin. I heavily regret picking 2 spots and it's turned into a dark spot with redness in the middle. This is it after 2 weeks. Can someone tell me is this post inflammatory eretyhyma or post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I hylerpigment very very easily. I have weddings coming up in 2 months and I'm very insecure as they are very visible on my forehead and cheek. Now quickly can I fade them with azelaic acid and Niacinamide. Thank you
