Beginner table build
Built the weekend woodworker patio side table from Steve Ramsey over the weekend as my first wood working project. When I started out I figured this could be a beater table but after putting so much work into it and really liking how it turned out I'm afraid to use it. Just want to sit and look at it. I used pine wood that was cut and milled on a family farm.
Since taking the pictures I have sanded but have not finished it. Could use some advice on a good finish for pine that would preserve the color and grain.
