How do I counter this argument?

I was debating this guy and he brought up the point that abortion can be considered self defense, even if the mothers life isn’t at risk.

This isn’t exactly what he said but it’s along the lines of it. This is just a post I found on reddit.

“When someone is attacking your body or occupying your body without your consent, the law says you can use lethal force to defend yourself against death or grievous bodily harm. Since the fetus is inside the pregnant woman's body without her consent, and can often lead to death or grievous bodily harm (morning sickness, forced weight gain, stretching one's vagina or forced surgery are ALL grievous bodily harm), the pregnant woman should be allowed to use lethal force to defend herself.”

I know this isn’t a valid argument for ending an innocent human’s life but I can’t figure out how to counter this argument. I want to know for future debates if this ever comes up again.

Opposite foots for normal dive and relay dive.

On my normal dive I put my right foot at the front of the block and my left foot in the back on the wedge. However, during my step over relay dive, I realized my left foot is back, right foot on the wedge and then when I step over, my left foot goes to the front of the block and my right foot pushes off against the wedge.

Is it normal to have opposite starting feet? Would I generate more force on my relay dive if I switched feet? I am right footed btw.

I was having a debate with a pro-choicer and they brought up the good point of this:

I said the basic argument “All humans are deserving of the right to life.”

They said: ”If that embryo is truly a human and the mother is a human that shouldn’t the mother have a right to not have her bodily autonomy be used by a different person?

Like let’s say someone was forcing me to give them blood. Obviously that’s a violation of my rights as it’s my bodily autonomy and I get to decided what to do with it, even if it results in them dying. Theres no such thing as ”the right to being saved.”

But is this different than a fetus living off the nutrients and resources of a mother? Isn’t that technically a human living off of the bodily autonomy of another human? or is it different? If so how? Im not looking to argue, I am just genuinely curious about this question.
