Hello folks I started at 138kg I'm a 5 foot 10 male so quite obese I started reta just had my 5th injection yesterday my doctor said just aim for 2000 calories ( 195 carbs,195 protein 40gms fat)which is a large deficit but with the lack of hunger it's fine in fact I sometimes struggle to eat whole meals I feel good but it's shocking I understand that this is considered too much or am I worrying to much and give it a few more weeks to see if it slows down?
