Accomodation in Nice

Bonjour à tous!

I'm a student from India who got accepted into Centrale Méditerranée in Nice as part of the Digital Tech Year program of 2026-27, and I had some queries regarding the booking of accommodation and what to avoid, since it's been a huge burden on my head ever since I got my admission letter.

  1. Is Studapart a good platform to look for accommodations, or should I search for one on other platforms like Se Loger or Studea Nexity?

  2. Can security deposits be paid in installments or should it be paid all at once? Cuz some of the listings have massive security deposits which I can't afford all at once despite having affordable rent.

  3. How is the Tram system in Nice? My school is just a few minutes of walking away from Tram Line 3, but most accomodations are in La Madeleine, Vernier, Thiers, basically the East of Nice, while my school is in Avenue Simone Veil.

  4. Accommodations right now on Studapart are getting booked quickly, and my date of entry is somewhere around the end of August, which a lot of landlords aren't willing to accept. Will there be more listings later on?

Please do let me know. I need to get my accommodation sorted out especially since I need proof of residence to apply for my student visa, which could take some time to receive. Thank you!

You gotta feel bad for P0PPIN

He was just a Twitch streamer who joined NA Challengers for fun to see how far his team could go without compromising on comfort picks and overall enjoyment.

As his team kept winning match after match, against the top dogs in tier 2 NA, he certainly saw a vision with the team, and that he could actually make things work. The chemistry was immaculate, and everyone was having fun. Not to mention they signed with an established org in ENVY, which also helped them in terms of financials. You could say winning Ascension was a curse disguised as a blessing for them, as both of their star players ion and canezerra wouldn't be able to play in Americas, and eventually they broke apart as the team chemistry that was previously established got dismantled, because of which Inspire left, and Eggsterr followed suit.

Just like MaKo, P0PPIN remains the only person left from the established core he once had, and it's kinda sad to see how winning a tournament that people argue is one of the most important ones in the VCT circuit, actually became his team's downfall.

Our so-called 'fanbase of 4 people' has almost the same average viewers as a giant fanbase in MI

To add on, this is without any big names in our team by the way. The main reason why the trio of CSK-MI-RCB have massive fanbases is cuz of Dhoni, Rohit and Kohli respectively.
