What is going on with micro1.ai? Dashboard statuses make zero sense
I seriously don’t understand what’s happening with micro1.ai anymore.
I applied for multiple roles there. For some of them, I never even got an interview. For others, I already got rejected or never moved forward after interviews. But now suddenly my dashboard is showing almost every application as “Hiring Manager Reviewing.”
How does that even make sense?
I’m not trying to hate on the platform for no reason, but it’s honestly frustrating and confusing. If the dashboard can’t properly track application statuses, then how are candidates supposed to trust the process?
I spent time applying, preparing, and even giving interviews for some roles, and now everything just looks randomly updated. It genuinely makes me question whether the system is broken, overly automated, or if the job postings are even being managed properly.
Has anyone else experienced this with micro1.ai?
Is this normal, or is their dashboard just unreliable?
