Reached out to customer service and they provided some troubleshooting steps, and also had me verify the microswitch.

While I was doing that I noticed a little oil leak/seep from under pump. Mentioned it to CS and they said:

We appreciate you reaching out to us for assistance. A pump oil leak indicates a broken seal in the oil chamber of your pressure washer. Although, your pressure washer might run, this is considered a defective pressure washer and will be replaced under your warranty.  

Disappointed it needed warranty work (glad it's covered for 2 years) but customer service was top notch.

I ordered a 40w - 7200 lumen fixture. "Made in North America" for $90.

Came the next day. I opened it up and the two T8 bulbs are 18w each, 5400 lumens..
Made in China..These are going online for about $15-20 for two bulbs..

I reached out to them and their explanation was:

1. we were out of stock on the 20w bulbs....uhhh..
2. we promote Made in NA/USA around "build quality, housing and overall design".

It's just your run of the mill metal housing.

Anyone have any other recommendations for quality lights?
