Question for Luba Mini AWD LiDAR owners: does it ride 2 wheels off the lawn to cut the edges?
Hi all, planning to buy the Luba Mini AWD LiDAR 1500 for my 400m² garden in the Netherlands. Before I order, hoping owners can confirm one specific behavior. My lawn has soft sandy borders (10cm wide) with planted beds beyond. The grass naturally grows over onto the sand (see photos). What I'm hoping for: that the mower can drive with 2 wheels on the sandy border, while the other 2 stay on the grass, so it can mow the grass growing over the edge. Essentially using the sand as an "offset path" around the lawn. My questions:
Does the AI Vision accept the sand as drivable surface if I map the boundary 5-10cm onto it, or does it detect "non-grass" and refuse? Does the AWD reliably handle 10cm of loose sand without getting stuck? Anyone with a similar setup? does it actually work in practice?
Real-world experience from owners would be hugely appreciated! Thanks!
