Bir registration
Hi, ask ko lang sana regarding small business registration sa Philippines.
May existing DTI business name ako before pero hindi ko na-register sa BIR and hindi rin naging fully operational. Around 1 year na rin.
Plano ko sana mag-start fresh under a new events/rentals business tapos under na doon yung photobooth service as a brand/service offering.
Questions:
Okay lang ba na isang registered business lang tapos may different service brands under it?
May possible issues ba sa old DTI registration if hindi naituloy?
Better ba ipa-close muna old DTI or hayaan nalang mag-expire?
Sa receipts/invoices, okay lang ba na legal business name yung nasa receipt tapos ibang branding/service name yung nasa description?
