I've only ever used uber 6 times total. My rating up until yesterday was a 4.9. I always make sure to tip and give the drivers a high rating though I sometimes forget and end up rating the following day. This happened today as I rated my driver and gave him a tip, only to see my rating had dropped to 4.57. I don't understand why he gave me two stars, I was in a rush but I said hi and thank you as I always do. Does this effect whether a driver will say yes to me or not? I'm confused as to how it all works
