Almost at 100lbs but lost mot
I’ve been on this journey for 2 years now. I’m almost to the 100 pound loss mark at 96lbs. For some reason, for the last couple of months I’ve lost my motivation. I can’t get back in the groove. I had a gym routine that included strength training, tracked my calories, and regularly met my protein and water goals. I’ve been on 12.5 for several months too. Now it is hard for me to even get 40oz of water down. I have no desire to workout. Some days I’m within my calorie target and but I am definitely not meeting my protein and fiber goals. I am also eating out more. I’m like why all of a sudden do I feel like this? I’m so close to a huge milestone but just feel stuck now. Any pointers to shake this and get back to the routine? Anyone else felt like this?
