Hello, I am a incoming Freshmen student for the Fall semester
Is orientation really a waste of time? I see a lot of comments that orientation should really just be a email
I know that I should get my ID and interact with the students but after lunch is it really necessary to come back?
Can I just leave after I get my ID or go somewhere else?

My freshmen orientation date is August 20 same day as an important family event
Should I skip orientation entirely or only show up for a hour or 2
What if I have already done the FY requirements
ID
Placement Test,etc
Will I get punished for not showing up
Do people really leave after an hour?
