Hello! I am brand new here to this particular sub!! I am a single mama of 3, one, my youngest, who is diagnosed with autism and adhd, I'm his primary care taker, as his bio father has absolutely nothing to do with him, he does have a step father in his life, but where my financial difficulties come from is me and his "step" father are not together anymore, and so I am his sole care taker and provider, as well as chauffeur lol. He goes to ABA therapy every day except Wednesday, and on Wednesday he goes to speech and OT. Unfortunately his schedule has made it extremely difficult for me to find work, I was working as an RBT, and admittedly got fired for making a joke about a parent that got violent when he wasn't allowed to come into our brand new clinic due to hippa, I made a joke about possibly having to square up with him, if he got violent again, someone told on me, and I was fired the next morning. That was in October, and since then, the only job I've been able to find is being a substitute teacher, which is suoer hard because of my son's schedule at therapy, so im only available AFTER school starts, which isn't ideal, so they usually only let me work when theure super desperate, anyway, sorry for the extra information, I'm also autistic, so communication has always been a little awkward for me to be honest lol, but yeah, right now, the only income I receive is from his SSI, he receives SSI, or I guess technically I do, to basically pay our bills with, and it doesn't even cover all of our bills. Thankfully it does at least cover our rent and electric, I'm in the negative like $200 for my gas for heat, but I can't worry about that right now, I have to focus on what's imminent really. Anyway, my point being, IF I don't pay my electric this upcoming month, or at least skip wifi, my son loves his laptop lol, something, which I do when I have to, so I can definitely pay whoever back. I literally just found this sub, and found out this was a thing, so im honestly shocked, and genuinely don't expect anyone to take care of us, but I just figured I'd help. Not gonna lie, I g3t pretty down and depressed, I feel like no one will hire me, and my substitute job ends in like 2 weeks or less, I'm not sure the exact last day of schools for bixby, anyway, thanks if you read my nonsense this far, I truly appreciate any and every kind word!
