Проблема подключения Game Intelligence (Game Intelligence connection issue)
Однозначного решения не нашел в чём баг и как его исправлять (причина бага - кривое ПО), но вот что может помочь:
- Удалить прогу.
- В меню настроек самого монитора ищем KVM ставим Upstream или Auto.
- Отсоединить кабель от USB.
- Удалить драйвер через Диспетчер устройств USB-порта куда подключаем монитор(не боимся, драйвер сам установится).
- Перезагружаем.
- Ставим прогу заново.
- Вставьте кабель.
По прежнему может не работать. Множество перезагрузок и комбинации различных решений не помогли. Дайте компьютеру отстояться, я это делал на ночь и только так заработало.
*Cкорее проблема с тем, как монитор и его прошивка переинициализируют USB-контроллер.
I couldn’t find one clear solution for this bug or a definite fix (the issue seems to be caused by poorly made software), but here’s what might help:
- Uninstall the program.
- Open your monitor’s settings menu, find the KVM option, and set it to Upstream or Auto.
- Disconnect the USB cable.
- In Device Manager, uninstall the driver for the USB port that the monitor is connected to (don’t worry — Windows will reinstall it automatically).
- Restart your computer.
- Install the program again.
- Reconnect the cable.
It still might not work right away. I tried many restarts and different combinations of fixes, but nothing helped immediately. In my case, the only thing that finally worked was leaving the computer turned off overnight and trying again the next day.
*It’s more likely an issue with how the monitor and its firmware reinitialize the USB controller.
