Is this a young conure?

My local PetCo hasn't had any birds for a few months but when I went today they had two conures and this one caught my eye because the white down feathers on its chest made me think it might be young but its tail feathers were very damaged so I thought it could just be very stressed

Also they had it marked as a green cheek conure and I'm not a conure person but I don't think that's right? Sorry i only have the one picture

2 y German Shepherd gagging, salivating, trying to eat everything he sees

I took my boy to a semi local emergency vet today after he spent the morning retching/gagging with no actual vomit, hyper salivating, and acting panicky. They did a quick thorax ultrasound to check for GDV and said that his stomach, liver, and gallbladder all looked normal. They suggested xrays to check for a possible foreign body or blockage, a Butorphanol injection, a Cerenia injection, and Sub-Q fluids. We discussed best option for what I can financially manage today since he was presenting BAR at the vet hospital. They gave him an injection of Cerenia, and administered Sub-Q fluids and sent us home to monitor him and said if he got worse to bring him back.

He was doing better for the first half hour we got home, next to no drooling and gagging. And then it started up again and he began to excessively lick the floor between the fits of gagging with no actual vomit. He settled back down after a bit, and I fed him like normal as the vet advised and he ate with no issues. In the few hours since having fed him when I take him outside to potty he circles around, tries to eat weeds/grass and then eventually goes back to the door to go inside. When I bring him inside he goes back to excessive licking and trying to eat anything he can get ahold of.

I don't know if there being brief improvement was a good thing or if he's not improving and needs to go back asap. I want to help him I just don't know how to right now
