Lenco L75 for 250€ - solid deal for a beginner?
Hey all! I would like to buy my first record player and start listening to vinyls. I would rather invest in a good quality one, possibly buying second-hand to save some money. I am a bit lost in the sea of models and codes, so with the help of reddit and Claude I identified a possible good deal.
I found this used Lenco L75 on Willhaben - I live in Austria - for 250€. It looks in great conditions, and it has built-in preamplifier. Is it a solid deal for a beginner, or should I look for something else? What would be some advice I could take?
Here is the text of the AD of the Lenco:
HIGH-END TURNTABLE LENCO L75 with built-in amplifier, HEA Studio 3000, built in 1971 FULLY FUNCTIONAL!!
Fully functional LENCO L75 turntable, original Swiss-made Finish: Walnut, 16–78 RPM, belt drive, Weight: approx. 13 kg, original cartridge, original dust cover, only a small crack in the right corner, glued and reinforced with a metal plate. Two speaker connections. The unit is FULLY functional. Apart from the small crack, the unit is almost like new.
Thanks a lot in advance!
