What is up with the canal trail??
So I was doing my daily walk and I felt like something was behind me and when I turned around nothing was there. Then I hear someone running behind me and again nothing (i wasn’t near any of the bridges) and so I’m like wtf. So then I get to the red building and gravel parking lot and I’m taking my daughters shoes off and putting them in the bottom of the stroller because she took one off and I didn’t want to lose them and I see a man in a navy blue jacket/trench coat made of wool, and a matching hat like the ones that have a brim but it’s like seamless with the hat kinda thing and he’s facing away from me but you can see he has a beard and brown greasy hair just above his shoulders out of my peripheral vision, so I go to turn all the way around without turning way and he’s just gone. When I was going under the second underpass I slowed down till I saw more people because something was making me feel like I was in serious danger going under the bridge. Does anyone know the deal with this or has anyone had a similar experience???

Did some research.. and I think it was a solider.
