For the veteran players of Skyrim. Immediately after you escape the cave from Helgen, where do you go first?
For me, as soon as I escape helgen I run all the way down to where the fisher is sat up by the river, kill the fisher and steal all their stuff, then run straight to the old lady in the woods near bleakfalls barrow, kill her and also take all of her stuff before going straight for bleakfalls barrow for the artifact.
