Trying to submit my Ureca paper, due in 2 days but the system keeps showing me this error upon submission. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Already tried emailing the school, but considering the deadline I’m afraid they won’t get back to me in time..

EDIT: ureca office replied, shortened my essay title and it worked. Still not sure how this affects the portal but at least it’s over now.
