Recently I moved near Monaco as I got a new job there.

What has always fascinated me about Monaco, were the people who actually live there.

The thing is that, I was wondering how hard is it to meet new people besides from the usual spots in the city and if there's any suggestion you would provide to a person that would like to enter in this environment.
