context: I sold this item and after I shipped it I got a notification from depop saying the item can’t be delivered due to incomplete address so i was forced to refund the buyer. So i messaged her to let her know. A couple days later I get a message from UPS saying the package actually did deliver. So now I don’t have the money or the item. I tried communicating with the buyer and was ghosted for a week (the status said she was active on the app). And these are the messages.

Never had this happen and have heard many depop horror stories. Am i wrong for this?
