Anyone having any issues using SummaCare OTC card - 'andmore'?

I have a balance of $44 bucks. Today I tried using @ Walmart & it failed due to insufficient funds. I was trying to purchase a box of bandages $1.88.

When I tried to contact the number on the back for 'andone' it would immediately hang-up on me.

Anyone else having any issues with the 'andone' card?
