Everyone assumes that Lg is a very good brand in India. Same was my assumption until i purchased LG nanocell 55 inch tv from Flipkart. I bought a lg nanocell tv from flipkart it was delivered on 11th May and on 13th lg installation person came and tried to install the Tv and said wifi hardware issue. He said contact ur seller ask them to send replacement and tats wat i did.

Flipkart says for defective tv they will not provide replacement from seller and LG brand warranty has to cover it . On other end LG says they will only provide repairs so now i am stuck between a rock and hard place ..

Either of them are not ready to take responsibility Extremely frustrating experience .
