My psychiatrist prescribed trazodone for chronic hyperarousal insomnia and told me to start with 1/8 of a 150mg tablet (18mg). The problem is the pill is really hard to cut accurately into eighths.
Did anyone else start this low?And how long did you wait before increasing to 37mg or higher?
