Looking for a map to micro farm.

Looking for a map idea. I'm on PS5. Has anyone come across a map with a fairly large settlement that has a livable house and large garden. I want to set myself the challenge of micro farming in a very small space using greenhouse/raised garden/hand pushable cart. I usually have a blank map and start from scratch so looking to do something a bit different. TIA

To seed or to turf?

Ive cleared my old vegetable beds of weeds and nettles and want grass back to the fence.

The ground is clay rich. Im unsure if it'll be better to seed it or turf it. I do have a dog and a 10year old son so leaning towards turf. I do worry about it struggling to establish though. Any thoughts/help is much appreciated.
