Finding a Firebase Project Team Member

I am NOT asking for partners or consults or referrals directly here.

I have created a project using React Native, multiple Firebase products including authentication and Firestore, Resend, Stripe, and a few other products/APIs. I have a solid product but the concepts of the release process for App and Play Stores basically terrify me. It feels like the initial deployment is the most critical part of the entire process and I can't afford to screw it up with a ton of one star reviews, right?

I'm hoping someone can help me nail down a description of exactly what I AM looking for. If I were to make a job posting for this role, what would it look like? What's the name of the role? Release Manager is one I've seen that might fit.

Unless someone recommends otherwise I'm thinking of hiring via something like Upwork, Toptal, Freelancer, or similar.

Thanks!

Hardwire options without transformer

I have a Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) model number 5UM5E5. It was originally hard wired but I've tested voltage at both the outside wiring and the old indoor chime. It's dead. I've looked absolutely everywhere for the transformer and it's completely MIA. It has a USB micro for charging and works while connected to USB and wirelessly if it's charged. But that's not a long term solution. Are there any other options? I think I saw someone put a battery or power pack in the chime, but I'm not sure how that helps if there's no voltage to the chime either. Right now the doorbell is pointed out my window with a USB cable around the corner to a nearby outlet. Not cool. Thank you!

Circle cut router with this thing?!

I have a super basic palm/trim router that I like for the basics, it works. There's an edge guide attachment which is helpful sometimes. The instructions claim that you can make a circle jig out of it and I can't figure it out. I can make a jig but thought I'd ask here anyway. I see the center hole for the pivot point. The wing nut slides to adjust the radius I'm guessing. The screw on the right side of the base of the router fits the "L" at the top of the guide thing. The extremely tiny instructions for a circle cut are there if you can see them. It claims minimum radius is ~2.5" but I can only see a way to make it at least 6+". It's called the Anesty Compact Router on Amazon. Any ideas? I'm well aware it's no Festool, but trying to give it a shot. Any ideas?

Doorbell voltage

I have a wired doorbell that worked fine for at least 18 months and finally stopped working for some reason. I tested voltage and it dropped for some reason. Seems like probably the indoor parts. I'm ok with replacing it - it looks original on a house built in 1994. Can anyone recommend a new, minimum-meets-requirements option to try? Thanks!

We all saw them back in the day - sliced and diced bumper stickers used to spell out other words and even some short sentences. I liked "cat X-ray". What was yours, or a favorite you remember seeing? 💿🎸🎙️🎛️
