Errors and omissions in the translation / Fehler und Lücken in der Übersetzung

I’m currently trying to decipher the Wehrmacht records belonging to one of my great-grandfathers. I can make out some of the old handwriting, but in other places I have no idea what it says. Could someone please check whether what I’ve worked out is correct and fill in the gaps? Anything I’m unsure about is written in italics. Anything I don’t know at all is marked with an *. ich versuche gerade die Wehrmachtskartei von einem Uropa von mir zu lesen. Teilweise kann ich die alte Handschrift lesen, teilweise habe ich keine Idee was da steht. Kann jemand bitte überprüfen, ob das stimmt was ich rausgefunden habe und die Lücken füllen? Alles wo ich mir nicht sicher bin, ist kursiv geschrieben.
