Hi all,

Does anyone have a recommendation that's Australia based? Incredibly niche, but one who knows how to handle Asian parent intergenerational trauma?

Grew up in SEA, came to Australia after high school and settled here ever since. Became a parent a couple of years ago, and I'm slowly finding myself becoming one, if not both, of my Asian parents that I swore I wouldn't become. Among toxic traits are narcissism, lack of emotional intelligence, only using status as measure of success.
