Description is basically above. Semi-unrelated but I've been coming back and binging these "Creepy YouTube Video Icebergs" "YouTube Video Rabbit Holes" etc., and it was these videos that reminded me of this one
I also drew what I remember of it, I'm not a hundred percent sure of the contents of the shot but I'm fairly certain it's low-res, and that it's an unassuming shot of a house with a swing or slide of sorts. A shot of a suburban residence in general.
After the first shot, it then cuts to a shot with the face on it, which I also tried to draw. What I can remember of it is that it appears to be blurry as if it was caught in motion. I forgot the actual details of the face, but I do remember it being pretty grotesque-looking. As if the face's skin is torn off, or gashed as if its ran through asphalt
I also remember the video holding on to that still of the face for a minute or so, accompanied by eerie music. I forgot if anything happens after that but that's pretty much the gist of the video
