25 minutes leave GOL

Clocked in for my 4-11 evening shift at 4 on the dot, walked into the online room check what van im in etc. Not even on the dock, no ambient on, chilled ready or frozen in sight. Fine whatever pull it onto the dock and do my 10 minute van check that im legally required to do then started loading my van by myself (nobody or management in sight anywhere) so im already feeling the pressure of getting all this done solo in 15 minutes, which obviously i didnt do in time because its never stacked in order to make loading easier. Load it all solo anyway, out 15 mins late then just had a phone call asking why I was 15 minutes late out and that I should've told someone to help.. they didnt even know the van was going out today as it was printed on the back of the sheet which to me is a piss poor excuse.

3rd time this has happened in like 5-6weeks now and honestly think the next time I turn up and have to do this all solo and be late out & play catchup my entire run ill just clock out, how can things be so poorly ran! Oh and do add to the how can we piss him off today even more, frozen just completely picked all over the place drop 1-7 all in 5 different boxes so had to re shuffle evertime I wanted to get the stuff out.

Rant over just wanted a moan because for the shit drivers have to put up with sometimes makes the job not worth it!

X1/R1 deliveries.

Bit of a rant here but I had an X1 today which is normally fine but what pisses me off is they can happy add these drops on your van aslong as it fits in with WESAR etc but when they add X1s or R1s to a run it doesnt calculate travel time, doorstep time or your drop before & after which instantly puts you behind when you're already on track on your actual route..

I ended up playing catchup to the point where I had a "25 min wait time" that just got completely bypassed just to put me back on track.

Can those drops that are added to a route last minute be calculated into the actual full run or are we just made to wing it and deal with the delays it causes?

Made me be late for 3 drops afterwards due to the shitty X1 that was 9 miles away from the town I was already delivering in for that hour

I work 2 jobs query.

First job at a family business

20 hours a week (set hours 10-3 4 days a week)

2nd Job driver 16hours.

(36hours combined per week)

My 10-3 hours are showing on my UKG schedule as actual driving shifts and my timecard pulls up as unexused absence when im not actually scheduled to be in that day at all. (Weekend only driver)

Are my other job shifts showing up on my schedule an error?
