It's likely genetic, but after having babies I have had an increase in spider veins on my legs mostly in a single patch. My homebirth midwife said its perfectly normal and isn't likely problematic unless they hurt. Just wondering if you mamas know any supplements or topicals that help reduce the appearance of spider veins on legs and thighs.
