I innoculated rice with penis envy 5 days ago in a jar without a filter, photos with grilled cheese and from top are from 3 days ago. Is all well? It is my first time with white rice so i dont know if the color change is normal

I innoculated these with penis envy three days ago, the spawn is really old and the jar does not have a filter. Does this look normal? (Ft friends grilled cheese)
