Hi team!

Need some advice. I injected this all in one grow bag with liquid culture around a month ago, but it's been so hot in our house and well over 30 degrees at times. I Live in a 1960s townhouse so keeping temps stable in cold and hot weather is challenging. It's spent most its life so far in over 30 degree heat.

I've moved it to a cooler spot and the mycelium seems to have finally began spreading over the last week. However there seems to be a some moisture in the bag and the spread seems weak.

AI has told me it seems to be fine, I've smelt through the vent hole and nothing foul coming out at this stage. No puddles either, just moisture. My main concern is the spread seems to be near the injection port where I read it tends to start from the bottom.

Any tips from the pros would be much appreciated to keep this baby alive!

Hey yall. This is my first time growing mushrooms and I’ve been told that fully colonized spawn is when the mycelium completely connects everything in a thick blanket. This doesn’t sound like this picture but it’s been sitting for a while I wanted to get people’s opinions.

Hello, this is my first attempt at growing. I bought this type of mexicana and the product should be Ready-to-grow. I have had it at home for 15 days now. The mushrooms have already started to grow on the sides but nothing on the top yet. Did I do something wrong? Thanks for the advice.✌🏻🍄

I see mixed feedback about bags that resemble this stage - where the mycelium is fully spread but you still see little spots of the grain. I've seen some users in this sub say to move to fruiting... others say to wait a little longer.

What say you?

I first noticed the pins 10 days ago, and the biggest ones now are only maybe 3cm tall. Temperature is pretty consistently 22-24c. Tub is moist and I mist it if it starts to look dry. I feel like these are aborting and it is bumming me out. Any ideas?

Liquid culture on popcorn, 3 parts coir to 1 part grain

Harvested a few fruits from my 66qt Squat Mak tub last night. Still have over 40 fruits left, getting bigger everyday. If 1st flush is giving me fruits this big, I can’t wait to see my 2nd flush!! They look like cinnamon rolls and artisanal sourdough loafs lol

I did a B/S 6 days ago on this 2 pound grain bag I see just a few grains that still need to be colonized. I have a 3 pound bag of substrate that should be sterilized it’s in the same type of bag that the grain is in but the seller didn’t seal the tops of the 2 substrate bags I have. When I get ready to spawn to bulk should I be worried about the open tops of the substrate bags? I can provide more pics of the substrate bags if needed but don’t want to move them around to much if not necessary. Ideally I would have liked to use my boomer bin I got from north spores but I feel like the bin is to big as I only have a 2 pound bag of grain and 2 3 pound bags of substrate I’m a first time grower so anything tips or advice is much appreciated

There is some white fluff still on them, do i need to remove it for them to dry too?

First time growing i started with 2 aio bags and 1 grain bag

Aio bag got contam due to burning the tip of the sterile syringe

Grain bag got contam due to holes in the bag

This was the only survivor and made it to the break and shake which was on 08/13/26 today it started showing slight discoloration i also have this one in a monotub with another aio bag that was just innoculated yesterday i tried seeing if its contam but honestly im not sure if its bruising or what

So I posted yesterday about my contamination in my all in one northspore bag. So I cut the bag in half and put the good side in 2 mason jars… take a look and tell me what y’all think.

Are they okay? Harvested them yesterday and it’s my first time, are they molding or is that colour normal? I currently don’t have a dehydrator yet it’s ordered though. It’s been drying under a fan for 7 hours then not for another 13, idk what to do with them to prevent having to toss them.

I have a tub that’s not really moving but it spit these out.

Put spawn to bulk on 8-4. 6qt tub left the lid on. Introduced FAE 8-14 after colonizing and started misting whenever the tiny droplets on surface are about evaporated. I have been leaving the dub tub off set so there is about 4mm gap but it seemed to dry out fast so I’ve since reduced the gap. The surface seems to be getting thick, like matted. What am I missing? Am I being impatient? Leucistic machine elf.

Why do I have primordia on my mushroom ? Introduced fruiting conditions on 07/08. Misting twice a day and have been giving ample FAE . I have really good patience and am totally ready to wait , but just need to know if there’s something wrong
