Could you guys help me identify some weak spots/postural and muscular imbalances?

I've been working over the last 6 months to fix what I was told was a labrum tear in both shoulders. They said nothing would fix it other than surgery. While I'm sure that the mris didn't lie, I've improved my pain and mobility so much just by learning the anatomy and trying my best to strengthen supporting muscles. Any tips appreciated.

Is it appropriate to bring flowers to a family after a death?

My girlfriend's great grandmother is about to die, they're saying it'll be today. She isn't coherent and her body is shutting down. Is it appropriate to bring the family flowers when i come by? I've never been in this situation before.

Seeking advice for terrible chronic hives, I'm totally stumped.

I'm going to dump all of the context that I have in hopes of finding someone in a similar position, it would be awesome if you guys had any ideas moving forward. I have had chronic hives for about 6 years now. I also get painful swelling in my hands and face. There are phases where it's better and worse. They are significantly worse during sleep, which has been significantly disrupting my sleep lately. Pressure from clothes or watches seems to make it worse, during the day they're most common around my waist band and thighs where pressure is on my body. Recently I've noticed that days where I'm physically active they get significantly better. Over the last month I've been going through a really bad phase with them, they've been the worst that they have been in years. The other day I went to a theme park and walked around all day and they completely went away, which I thought was interesting. It doesn't seem to have any correlation to my diet as I have tried multiple elimination diets. Also, my sister had the same symptoms as me for a few months, and they eventually went away on their own. This makes me think it could be something related to either genetics or our environment (we still live with our parents)

I have tried antihistamines in low and high doses with minimal effect, famotadine, doxipen, steroids, xolair, and dupixent with no help. (There's probably been more oral medications that I've tried over the years that I'm not recalling) My doctors seem literally clueless. (I've seen multiple allergists)

My questions are, Is there anyone else who has these same patterns with their hives? Has anyone tried these medications with no help, and then found something else that worked? Is there a different type of doctor that you would recommend seeing?

Any input is much appreciated, I am suffering. Thanks in advance.

How are you guys happy while working full time?

I'm 19 years old and about to finish up my first month as an install helper. This month I've averaged 55-60 hours per week and it's honestly been brutal. I wake up early and get to work by 7 and usually I'm home by 5:30 but it's often 7 or even 8:30. By the time I get home I'm genuinely so tired and disgusting and I just shower and lay in bed until the next day starts. It feels like I have no time or energy to do the things I love doing. Are any of you guys that do this happy? I'm concerned that there's something wrong with me if I'm already feeling burnt out only one month in. Does it get easier? What do you guys do to make it so that it feels like you actually have a life outside of work instead of work just being your life? It doesn't help that I don't particularly enjoy the work very much, but I know work isn't always supposed to be fun. Do I just need to suck it up? Any input appreciated.

Firstly I have done my research. I know abt all of the methods and quick fix and all of that. I work in hvac and my job does not randomly drug test HOWEVER they will test if there is an accident in the vehicle or an injury on the field. If I were to be involved in an incident I would have to take the test on the same day. What are some strategies that I could use so that I don't need to worry about this? I was thinking keeping quick fix in my lunchbox or something that way I'd have time to stuff it in my pants before a test, any other ideas?
