sorry for the trash quality. My back camera was shaking. How’s the progress so far? Been running 14.5km for 2 years, and last year I added push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, lower belly work, Russian twists, standing crunches, and recently pull-ups
Let myself go a bit but back on the wagon now. Do I have noticeable upper/lower chest imbalance? What about delts?
Late workout after a long day. Honestly proud that I still showed up instead of making excuses.
Been lifting for almost 3 years, started at 68KG, any tips on what I can improve would be appreciated

Still feel small for my height. I’d like to take things to the next level but struggling with eating sufficiently due to working long hours in a physical job.

I had a great time during my first show. I’m very pleased with the package I brought and the placings (2nd, 3rd and 5th in a pro qualifier).
