running 14.5km for 2 years + & added calisthenics - how is the progress?

sorry for the trash quality. My back camera was shaking. How’s the progress so far? Been running 14.5km for 2 years, and last year I added push-ups, sit-ups, leg raises, lower belly work, Russian twists, standing crunches, and recently pull-ups

Started working out religiously from January (25M 175 lbs)

Let myself go a bit but back on the wagon now. Do I have noticeable upper/lower chest imbalance? What about delts?

Ending the day with something positive

Late workout after a long day. Honestly proud that I still showed up instead of making excuses.

Highlight any weak points M19

Been lifting for almost 3 years, started at 68KG, any tips on what I can improve would be appreciated

M(25) 6’3” (193cm) 170lbs (77kg) - Feeling Undersized

Currently 77kg 170lbs (Pics 1-9) Starting point 60kg 135lbs (Pic 10) Peak bulk 90kg 198lbs (Pics 11-13)

Still feel small for my height. I’d like to take things to the next level but struggling with eating sufficiently due to working long hours in a physical job.

Any critique/advice is much appreciated.

M27 180lbs 5’7 some pics from my first show ever

I had a great time during my first show. I’m very pleased with the package I brought and the placings (2nd, 3rd and 5th in a pro qualifier).

I’m open to all the feedback I can get!
