M/23/6’2” - 207lbs

Looking for some criticism and feedback on my current physique. These photos are from end of cut. Current bulk I’m focusing heavily on arms and intensity. I am hitting abs consistently 2x/wk for the first time, and have also included direct forearm work.

Any other weak points or advice is welcome.

I've been gymming around 1 year and a half, used to be quite skinny

M25 6’3” 78kg (172lbs) - Angry and disappointed with myself, want to take things to the next level

Currently 78kg 172lbs (Pics 1-9) Starting point 60kg 135lbs (Pic 10) Peak bulk 90kg 198lbs (Pics 11-13)

Training for 5 years, I have been consistent with training but not diligent enough, particularly with diet. I’m highly disappointed with myself as I should be a lot further on by now. I still feel very small for my height.

I’m not entirely sure the purpose for this post, mainly looking for a place to vent and gain opinions on where to go from here (aggressive vs slow bulk?)

The gym is the only thing I’ve been consistent with in life and I still feel like a failure.

Any critique/advice is much appreciated.

28M - 6' - 183lbs.

Big assist from the lighting here. IMO my chest, tricep, quads lag. Shoulders are my strong point. What do you think?
