Dump clips -> Auto rearranges -> Adds captions -> Music -> B rolls -> Motion Graphic -> Transitions -> Export.

Simple, DM me, share the clips, get your video edited!

I killed my own channel of 6 years | A story for anyone who feels stuck

This post is hard to write. But I know someone out there needs to read it.

If you are inconsistent right now or feel like there is no way ahead in your journey, trust me this will be relatable.

I started my channel back in 2020 just to get the experience of starting one, mustered up the courage and hit publish! Boom ! Done! GGs 🚀

That phase was surreal, every new sub, every comment, every DM of someone who loved what I said was insaneee! Loved it.

3 things helped me gain views and subs during that time

  1. I had all the time in the world to do everything as I was still in college.
  2. COVID, so everyone was stuck in their homes and were on their phones all day.
  3. The bar of videos was really low honestly, no fast edits, ppl talking random shit also got insane views.

Then life happened, COVID got over, I had to physically go back to my college, now the whole pipeline of ideation, scripting, recording, editing, thumbnail designing, SEO and Hashtags felt unmanageable.

And man oh man, I really f**ing hated editing. Why sit through a timeline cutting parts , adding B rolls , music, etc, when you can just go have beer with your college mates and talk shit the whole day.

The consistency broke, 3 videos a week became , 1 video a week, 1 video a month, and finally 1 video when the "time is right".

Post college, when I landed my first job, I thought I would then re-start. 🔥

3 issues here again 🤕

  1. I couldn't relate to my audience anymore, they wanted college entrance exam tips, I wanted to share my tech job experiences.
  2. Time constraints again, plus my company doesn't really appreciate posting content and having another income stream along with a job.
  3. I still hated editing to my coreeee.

And then boom, this email lands up. I felt miserable man! I felt like I failed the earlier college going version of me who mustered up the courage to press that POST button.

Now if you have read this so far, kudos, you are either relating hard or have a very solid attention span.

But this is the major learning !

>The best fucking time is now dude! Yes you needed to hear this from me 😄

Go get up, and record a random ass video, create a new random account and just post it there. Yes, blabber shit. No one will watch it but thats nice, you got back on track, do that for 2 more days and you'll be set in the routine.

And if someone actually watches it and likes it, BROTHER, you'll be on cloud nine.

All I am saying is don't wait to receive the mail to wake tf up man! It just breaks you from inside.

As far as my story is concerned, I am restarting but now taking a bet on myself fully, quit my job to build tools which will help creators in public, share the journey and help ppl along the way. 😄

Best of luck for your channel bois and gals! May you rise like Mr Beast XD
