Video Editor for Faceless Business & Finance Documentary YouTube Channel

We're looking for a video editor to help produce YouTube long form content in the
Business and Finance / Documentary / Entertainment space.

This posting is for one video to start. If it goes well we'll book more separately.

Here's reference links for the style I'm looking for:
https://youtu.be/IrAMPqzEXoM
https://youtu.be/Y1dbhcLpPJA
https://youtu.be/FauU1VA77Ak

The video is faceless, so narration carries it over b-roll, archival footage and
stock. Match the pacing, tone and overall style of the references.

I provide the voiceover as an MP3 and the script as a TXT file. The editor handles
all footage sourcing and asset gathering from there.

Cleaning up the voiceover is part of the job: cutting dead space, removing breaths,
stumbles and retakes, and tightening the pacing so the narration flows without gaps.

Motion graphics should follow the references. Watch how they handle on-screen
elements and do something in that range.

Captions at some points through the video, same as the references. Not the whole
thing, just where they use them.

Music and sound design, plus colour work so mixed stock sources look consistent.

The video runs 10 to 14 minutes. Turnaround is 2 to 3 days.

Rate is $80 CAD for the video, paid by Interac e-transfer within 48 hours of final
delivery.

To apply, send your portfolio to kobebur2011@gmail.com along
with what you edit in and your usual turnaround on a 12 minute video.

German Video Editing & Channel Management

Hallo zusammen!

Looking for a Lightweight Short Form Video Editor for a Quickly Growing Police Bodycam Channel

Currently searching for a short form video editor just to edit one short form, police bodycam video per day. It is very light work and I currently edit 3 of them myself daily, but as my audience expands I am focusing more on long form and would love some help on the short form editing side of things. I currently have a instagram with 24,000 followers, and a facebook with 12,000 followers. I also have a tiktok account with 2,6000,000 followers that I haven't posted on in years that I am bringing back from the dead recently (will gladly send you my account if interested in more info) It is extremely lightweight editing and after you get the hang of it, it's extremely easy work. I would be able to provide $100 dollars for the first month of work this September. Here is the thing, as someone who has edited for creators before, I completely understand this might seem lower in pay. I used to do content full time and took a few years off, I am now posting again and just got my monetization back and things are moving very quickly. This first month would just be kind of a takeoff point before carrying on with increased rates and more perks along the way that I would love to discuss with anyone in DM's. Any questions you may have I would love to answer as well, and if this isn't something for you, that is COMPLETELY cool and I understand, this is a little bit more out there. Let me know if y'all would like to work or discuss more!

Looking for Video editor for events/weddings/speaker reels

I run a photography and content business and I’m looking for an editor to work with on an ongoing basis. Most projects are brand/social content, with some longer event work like weddings mixed in.

I’m not looking for heavy graphics or VFX, just someone who can watch the raw footage, pull the strongest clips, and cut them together cleanly with music and good pacing.

Would love to see a couple examples of raw footage next to your finished edit if you have any. Still figuring out fair pricing for this, so let me know your rates (per project or hourly) and typical turnaround time.

Edited to not be such a bad post

Request for editing a 2 minute medley of three songs

I am getting married on Saturday and my younger cousin who has additional need has their heart set on singing a medley of three songs. They have sent me a video (iPad recording) of the karaoke versions of the song but I think that a DJ is going to need a better quality audio.

Is there anyone available who could blend the three songs into a smooth audio track I can share with the DJ? I have absolutely no idea how to do this and can’t stand the idea of my little cousin being disappointed!

I have no idea what is a reasonable budget so I am saying £30 as a starter but please let me know if I’m way off the mark here!

[HIRING] Full-Time Video Editor — Motion Graphics Required

We're looking for dedicated full-time Video Editors to join our growing team.

At Axiàl Studio, we work exclusively with creators in the AI, Finance, and Technology niches. We are not looking for generalist editors—we want people who are genuinely interested in these industries and can consistently produce high-quality content within them.

This is a paid freelance position with full-time availability. We're looking for long-term team members who want to grow with the agency. As we continue signing new clients, you'll have the opportunity to work on larger projects, improve your skills, and build a lasting partnership with us.

Please apply only if you are available to work full-time.

Please do not DM us. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments and we'll be happy to answer.

[HIRING] Video editors for ongoing client work — short-form, long-form, motion graphics ($25–$75+/video)

I run SpliceLab, an editing studio. I bring in the clients, match them to an editor, and QC everything before delivery. Clients so far include creators in the 15K–70K follower range.

I'm expanding the roster with experienced editors specifically.

Looking for:

- Short-form (TikTok/Reels/Shorts)

- Long-form YouTube

- Motion graphics / After Effects

- Real estate and cinematic

Pay: $25–$75+ per video depending on length and complexity. Motion graphics and long-form pay at the top of that range. Paid per project, not hourly. Paid on client approval, typically within a week of delivery.

What I need from you:

- 2–3 portfolio pieces

- Which category you're strongest in

- Your rate per video

- Your typical turnaround

-Why you are a good fit

Not a fit if you're just starting out — I'm specifically after people with client work behind them.

Comment or DM with the above and I'll get back to you.

[Hiring] Looking for talented editors to join our creative team

Hey guys,

We're Final Touch, a small editing team based in Germany and we're looking for talented video editors to help us scale and take on more client projects.

All projects are commission-based in the beginning. If things work out long-term, there's also the possibility of a full-time position with a fixed salary.

For transparency, we currently work with multiple commission-based editors as well as two full-time editors with fixed salaries of $2,500/month and $3,000/month.

We always try to match our editors with the clients that fit them best. The more skill and effort a project requires, the better the pay will be. With the right clients, it's definitely possible to earn $5,000+ per month.

We're based in Germany and we try to keep our salaries in line with typical German standards.

Our editors work directly with the creators alongside us in a group chat. This allows for fast communication, clear feedback and a smooth workflow.

We also provide every editor with a professional portfolio completely free of charge. You can choose the design yourself and we'll manage and maintain it for you at no cost.

While we prefer editors who use DaVinci Resolve using other editing software is completely fine as well.

If you have experience editing Minecraft videos and know how to use FlashbackReplay Mod or BBS Mod that's a big plus.

If you have experience with blender and 3d animations that's a big plus.

The most important qualities we're looking for are reliability, good communication, solid editing skills and a willingness to learn and improve.

Please note that some clients may require a sample edit before getting started.

[Hiring] Video Editor Needed For VOD Scrubbing

Looking for a TF2 YouTube Editor / VOD Scrubber

I’m looking for an editor/VOD scrubber for my growing TF2 YouTube channel. I’ve tried multiple editors and haven’t found someone who really understands the style I’m going for, so I’m hoping to find someone who does.

What I’m looking for:

My channel is primarily about me and my personality. My humor is a mix of dry wit, modern memes, absurdity, random observations, good timing, and Southern/country phrases. I want the editing to enhance my personality, not become the entertainment itself.

My biggest references are Uncle Dane, LazyPurple, and elmaxo, especially their gameplay-focused videos. I want that kind of personality-driven gameplay content, but with a more consistent upload schedule. My goal is to become the “young blood” of TF2 YouTube — someone viewers can rely on for a good time every Thursday.

Editing style:

  • Fast-paced enough to maintain attention, but not hyperactive
  • Cut unnecessary dead air, but keep important context
  • Don’t turn every joke into a meme
  • Memes, subtitles, zooms, images, sound effects, etc. should support a joke, not replace it
  • I like absurd things happening; sometimes the best edit is simply letting the moment breathe
  • Good comedic timing is extremely important
  • I want the viewer thinking “this dude is hilarious,” not “wow, there are a lot of effects”

Very important: Please keep individual games together whenever possible. One of my biggest audience complaints is that they sometimes can’t tell whether I won or lost a game. If I start a match, I generally want the viewer to see how that match ends rather than jumping randomly between games for individual funny clips.

I also want the video to have some structure when the footage allows it: hook → explanation → main gameplay → payoff. If there’s no natural payoff, that’s fine; don’t force one.

I’m looking for someone who can watch a VOD and make good creative decisions independently, rather than someone who needs me to provide every timestamp and tell them exactly where every cut goes.

Budget / workload:

I’m currently able to budget $300/month for 4 videos per month (roughly one video per week).

I want to be transparent about this: I’m brand new and the channel isn’t monetized yet, so $300 is what I can realistically afford right now. My intention is to increase the budget and pay more once the channel is monetized and generating revenue. I’m looking for someone who is potentially interested in growing with the channel rather than just doing a one-off project.

I record my gameplay and VOD separately and provide them through Google Drive to avoid unnecessary compression.

References:
Uncle Dane gameplay/highlights are probably the best example of the editing philosophy I’m after.

Highlight reference: https://youtu.be/06JVyJvYMjY

Gameplay reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XBF-g4y4clg

I know this is a lot, but I’d rather be upfront about my vision and budget. If you think this style is something you’d be good at please feel free to DM me. I'm very flexible and excited to meet you :)
