Looking for a Video Editor for a New Tech Content Page — Long-Term Collaboration

Hey everyone!
I'm looking for a video editor for a new Instagram/short-form content page I'm planning to start.
The page will focus mainly on useful and interesting tech content — things like browser extensions, useful websites, apps, hidden features, tech tips/tricks, and other things that people can actually use in their day-to-day lives.
I'll be handling the ideas, research, scripting and recording. What I need is someone who can take the raw footage and turn it into engaging short-form videos.
But honestly, my biggest requirement isn't just editing skills.
I'm looking for someone I can TRUST and work with long-term.
I'd like to be able to discuss ideas with the editor, for example:
"Should we add a sound effect here?"
"Would a sticker/reaction work at this point?"
"Should we zoom into the screen recording here?"
"Can we make this part faster?"
"Would B-roll make this section more interesting?"
"Do you think this hook works?"
Basically, I don't want someone who simply follows a list of instructions. I'd love to work with someone who has creative input and understands short-form content and can tell me what they think would make a video better.
I'm not looking for over-the-top editing just for the sake of it. I want the videos to feel clean, modern, engaging and natural.
I'm hoping to find someone I can work with consistently rather than just for one video.
