Hello, new to this subreddit, but I have been using Hevy for a few weeks and it is awesome truly. Anyways, I have been doing a push pull legs (6 days week) for a couple of years, and honestly I want to trim volume a little and see if it changes anything, I have a picture of my new push, pull, legs, upper, lower split that I am starting this week. Please let me know how I could modify this to optimize hypertrophy focused lifting. Thanks!!!!
